In the last week of February, I had the pleasure of traveling to London for the PA Show Spring. As the flagship event for administrative professionals, it was two days of immersive learning, featuring five content streams and over 100 suppliers. For someone who views administration as a craft of stewardship, attending was a vital opportunity to sharpen my tools and bring fresh clarity back to my clients.
